Regular Season: $1250/Weekly, $195 nightly.
Christmas & Easter Season: $1550/Weekly
CHARGES
Optional $80 (Pool Heater is not needed from June 1 to October 15)
$80 CLEANING FEE For stays less than 7 nights
TAX: 12%
DEPOSIT
$150 required to hold a reservation. Reservations can not be confirmed until deposit is received.
